Xyalala is an exoplanet located within the far reaches of the Gliese 581 system, approximately 20.3 light-years away from Earth. Its unique atmosphere and diverse ecosystem have captured the attention of scientists and space enthusiasts alike. Xyalala’s surface is a mesmerizing mosaic of pastel-colored landscapes, characterized by lush forests, sprawling deserts, and vast oceans with swirling currents and tides that ebb and flow with an almost hypnotic rhythm. May 17th, 2122 Somewhere in space It’s been a little over a month since we left the ISS. My proposal to go on a mission to study the aliens was approved, and together with a small team, we set out to find some answers about the aliens. We’re not the only ones looking for answers. There are other teams out there, studying the aliens in different ways. Some are trying to communicate with them, others are trying to find a way to fight them....

March 16, 2122 The Intergalactic Space Station Dear Diary, The days are a blur on the station. I’ve been keeping busy with my research, but can’t stop thinking about how we weren’t able to save that planet from the aliens. We need to understand them better. What do they want? Why are they attacking? I’ve been going over the data we have, but it’s just not enough. I wish we could get closer to them, study them in their natural habitat....

Xyalala is an exoplanet system in the so-called M-dwarf star constellation. Located 2,400 light years from Earth, the system contains a sun-like, low mass star and an almost Earth-size transiting planet. One hundred two years ago it was the target of a scientific study which led to the discovery of seven additional planets to the system using precise radial-velocity measurements of the star. On August 25th, 2364, I set out towards Xyalala system....

March 1, 2122 The Intergalactic Space Station Dear Diary, It’s been a little over two years since I’ve been assigned to the Intergalactic Space Station. It’s been an amazing experience and I’ve seen things that I never thought were possible. I’ve even had the opportunity to travel to other galaxies. But today was different. Today, we received a distress call from a planet on the other side of the galaxy. The planet was under attack by an alien race and their planet was about to be destroyed....
